Attached you will find the final list of the Oceania Cup Invitational International Tournament, to be held on April 12th & 13th.

You will also find attached the adjusted timetable for the event. Please make sure that you take notice of the weigh-in times.

For all Victorian and interstate lifters please make sure that you wear your club or state lifting suits.

Furthermore due to the number of lifters, the presentation of athletes will be 10 minutes before the start time. And there will only be 5 minutes between the snatch and the clean & jerk.

Finally each lifter may have their personal coach in the warm up. However due to the physical size of the warm up area at Hawthorn, we can only allow one extra person together with the personal coach. We would appreciate you co-operation in this matter, so that the competition runs smoothly.

The competition is not run along categories. There will only be an overall winner for men and an overall winner for women based on Sinclair formula. This will be announced at the conclusion of the final session on Sunday. There will also be an overall second place and overall third place on Sinclair formula.
