I am delighted to inform you that the OWF Online Oceania Cup tournament has attracted 44 top lifters from eleven countries of Oceania. However I would also like to highlight that due to the coronavirus pandemic, some countries could not enter because of restrictions placed upon them from their own governments.

The event as you know is scheduled for the 5th and 6th December. On the 5th it will be the women tournament and the on the 6th will be the men. There will be two sessions in the women and two sessions in the men.

Mr. Bowen Stuart from Australian Weightlifting, will from now on be the responsible person in relation to the running of the event. Again I wish to highlight that the best overall performance in the men from both sessions combined on Sinclair formula will receive AUD$ 4,000 the second best performance will receive AUD$3,000 the third best performance will receive AUD $2,000 the fourth best performance will receive AUD $1,000 and fifth best performance will receive AUD $500.00

For the women, it will be exactly the same. That is the best overall performance from both sessions combined on Sinclair formula will receive AUD$ 4,000 the second best performance will receive AUD$3,000 the third best performance will receive AUD $2,000 the fourth best performance will receive AUD $1,000 and fifth best performance will receive AUD $500.00.
