Dear Friends, 

Attached please find the final results of the 2019 Pacific Islands Email Tournament. Once again this tournament has proved a wonderful start to the competition year. 

It is nice to see that 11 countries took part with 226 lifters competing. Medals to the winners will be distributed at a later stage.
